Always have loved pizza and talked about what my ideal pie would be like so this year I started crafting up my own from scratch. My favorite pizza growing up(still is) was down in Boston, Pizzeria Regina. So that’s always been the inspiration, because nothing around me seemed to compare. A close second is Tripoli’s, beach pizza square slices with sweet sauce and light cheese. So with those two in mind, week after week of dialing in the dough and sauce I’ve got a pretty consistent result I’m really liking. They did not all look like this from the start I had never stretched pizza dough before 6 months ago.
