Have just purchased 2 canasta decks and just waiting for it to be posted to Australia from the us
Picked up these Brand New Sealed Skyway Park Bowl KEMS which arrived today. They are Poker Size and the seller didn’t know the index. I’m assuming Standard as the Box doesn’t say and the decks are sealed only showing the Jokers. I paid $25 shipped to me. I don’t think I’ll ever want to open these so If anyone wants to use these and is interested in these for $25 + actual shipping to you just PM me and I’ll sell these and can open a classified ad if necessary. The eBay seller has no more of these. Just post in here that PM was sent to me. I have no issues keeping these either and decided when I got them I’d offer them up on here.

The first gambling I ever did when I turned 18 was playing blackjack there.
When I first started chipping I bought a few setups of preuspc kem arrowbacks. I used them for 2 years hosting at least weekly and they lasted me a long time. When I bought some more I didn’t know about uspc and the new decks started warping after a few games. When I found out they were bought out, it made sense why they didn’t last as long. I haven’t found any other cards as consistent and durable as those preuspc setups. Been looking since.
They remind me of the six card Charlie’s that Spinettis sells (which are poker size, standard index, red and blue back casino KEMs.) If I knew they were jumbo, I’d grab them in a heartbeat, but I have to assume they’re standard.

Always had a soft spot for the Palace Station. First place I ever played and stayed in Vegas. Learned to shoot craps there, and haven’t been the same since.

Thanks. I got those on eBay shipped for $24, sealed and pretty much mint. I’m finding sealed vintage KEMs cheaper than new ones, from time to time. It’s probably annoying to collectors that these will be ripped open and played, but shrug

Anyone know how long kem cards usually last? (i.e. 200 games approx 8 hours per game)
Well they last a year or even two but they change a bit becoming more rubbery and more difficult to shuffle.... Like chips they get their share of hooker juice
You need to clean them once a month and store properly...

eBay seller has these for 17.95 shipped which is a crazy good price for new KEMs. They’re listed as new. They seem to be secured by a band and not cello wrap - don’t know if that’s an issue. But for that price I’d be taking a shot, if not for the damn standard index.
