I have no clue
For a lot of date codes, the first two numbers are the week, and the last two are the year. That’s how my company does it.
3518 would be the 35th week of 2018. At least, that’s what it would mean if that’s how they do it. Hahahahaha
I sold one set of these last week and am keeping one set.
With the sale of the one of the sets above. I got a set of these these today. I won them off of eBay. They are not shrink wrapped but the seller is listing them and say they are new. They look to be in great condition. They are Jumbo Index.

I feel like I read somewhere that the date code changed after they were acquired by uspc? I’m not sure, but that sounds familiar.
I found this at the end of the night.
The new opened one, this is clearly not man-made.
I can feel the cutting problem especially the four corners of the cardand, they're not even arcs, looks like it was cut with scissors.

The Mohegan Sun KEMS I ordered came in today. I am psyched that the ones I got are 100% Sealed and are flat and look new. When the seller posted their listing they showed the decks open and spread out which could of been another set of decks or they opened them up for pictures and resealed them. So I was assuming the decks were new but opened because I couldn't see the wrapping.
