When that deadline was almost gone....you sent me a PM that my price was not fair and that you demanded a lower price since I bought them cheaper.
Only thing was that I own that rack for a long time (years) so I was for sure not flipping them AND you compaire prices on casino used vs my uncirculated rack.

It looks like he is understanding his errors and was not aware how important trust is in this community.
I must add that he never expected me to send chips after payment was shown....

He sent me a PM and want to correct things...
I told him that for me, he doesn't HAS to buy the items he commited to clear his name...an apology to all sellers involved would go al long way (for me).
Also said that our hobby is too expensive in shipping & customs fees & chips money that he should spend his money wisely...so a buying spree is often not a good strategy. International chippers can not 'rent' racks & set like our US cousins & nieces :)

Understand it will take some time to have people forget about this...in the meanwhile try to absorb as many info as possible before pulling triggers....

Measure twice & cut once approach applies here....

Pinball our conversations where different . I actually offered you to buy other breakdown than the whole set you offering and you declined to can’t do anything about that . You are forcing me to buy a breakdown that I don’t get along with ? I don’t need that many $500s I told you before .

I told you that I can't splitted the set but I offer you a better price which you accepted and said you will make the payment. Read again our conversation.

Yes and then I changed my mind again . Is that not allowed ? Read my last offer I gave you and if you agree with that then I’ll pick some of the set up . But not all , don’t need all the $500s
 
@Poppin92 you seem to be missing a really important point here.
When you respond to a For Sale ad and say ANYTHING like "dibs" or "I'll take em" or "Sold", you have agreed to purchase the item as described in the OP.
You have NOT said you want to negotiate anything further.
At this point the seller does not consider any further offers. The item is sold as is
 
Yes and then I did changed my mind which was part of one of my mistakes because like I said I did make mistakes . But I can’t pick up that whole set and like I said I could do other breakdown but that’s up to you , otherwise GLWS

Yes I know not that’s what I seriously did wrong I where too enthousiast about chips and didn’t knew when to draw the line .

I’m gonna stop giving this thread oxygen . I’ve wasted my whole day today trying to solve this . And I did solve it with Eriks thanks to him too giving me the chance to do so . And if other members that I’ve spoken with in private about sales want their justice too PM me and we solve this out but it will take both ways to do so . Otherwise im not responding anymore in this thread and I certainly will sleep better tonight because I know I did SOMETHING right today with 1 member that for me is a blessed day and I became a wiser stronger person then yesterday that’s a true lesson . I really took this at heart last night and couple of times middle in the night went on my phone to check what else had been said as I felt horrible being portrayed this way and ofcourse with the consequences of my mistakes combined . But I still think there are forgivable people out on this forum who see some good in me and forgive me for what happened .

This is an unfortunate situation. I can see why @Eriks would be beyond pissed off about this. He had his time wasted more than once in this situation which caused him to miss out on other potential buyers. Principles are important & so is you’re word. If you say you’re going to do something, you gotta follow through. If for whatever reason you can’t follow through then you need to say so, apologize & move on. Stringing some one along never works out well in the end
 
Quick question here, is it ok now to post copy’s of pm’s? There’s a lot of stuff that could get cleared up if that’s ok now. I thought it was a no-no.

This is terrible logic lol, at the end of the day you agreed to buy something as advertised, simple as that. Changing your mind after you already agreed is not something that is just okay, it really effects the seller negatively.
