The last time HQ put together a buy of very desirable chips with more buyers than chips there was a lottery system. This will probaly be something similar,
imo you don't need to worry about not getting there on time, it will probably be a fair system that is announced later when all chips for sale are known.

Good questions, and we are all hoping to be able to participate. It all depends on how HQ wants to run it. At this point, I'm just waiting to see what the process is, and just how deep the water will be. I'm cautiously optimistic.
