Similar Boat; I went to Calvert Hall. At my time, we were a big feeder to Brown. After my time, UNC was where most of the recruits went.Never played Lax myself but went to Mt Hebron High school in Ellicott City in the late 90s when it was the epicenter of the lax world. 2nd stringers got full rides to ivy leagues and such.....
I was also friends with the kids from Friends in Baltimore, including Kyle Harrison, who was a Tewaaraton Award winner at JHU.
Maryland and Long Island have always been the cradles of lacrosse talent/scholarships, but it's been expanding over the last 10-20 years. Since the Big Ten and Big East (the new Catholic version) officially recognized it, the club/JV teams at most major Universities will probably go Varsity soon.
