At a cash game, do alternates get priority to seat in before someone who busts out can rebuy?
Does the original attendee go to the back of the alternate list?
Hosting my first cash game. At this place theres only room for 6 to 7 ppl. Usually >40 ppl for my freeroll tournaments so there is a large pool of ppl to draw from.
My thought is only invite 6 to 7, but if they have a +1 then I have to be able to tell them about how alternates work.
Also is it rude for the host to "never bust out"?
