    Do you eat shrimp tails?

We had a bit of a pre-Thanksgiving argument about shrimp tails. My whole life I've been eating shrimp and I don't eat the tail - deep fried, boiled, whatever. We had some butterfly shrimp yesterday and I was told that you are SUPPOSE to eat the tail. To me that sounds an awful lot like eating...

    Best Chips EVER

Here we go again. NO limits. ANY THING, EVER, doesn't matter if they are in a playable set. Can be just one denom or the whole set. I really think some casino sets are topping this list. Sorry, all you BJones fans, I'm going with: 1) 1998 Bellagio (full set) OR 1) Mapes (individual chips ($1...

    BCC Promo Chips

Something different. Just got my Custom Blue Chip Promo's this week. So sad they only offer promotional chips, to me at least. To my inexperienced eyes they look like a no-mold, oversized inlay, BC Horizon Blue base color and 312 white edge spots pattern? Nothing too special, but fun.

    Different Casino Chips - Cromwell

What do you think of Cromwell casino chips? Anyone know who makes these? Does the manufacturer sell to the public? The fingerprint texture is pretty cool. Wider at one side they more dense at the other. They are not flat though, you can see just to the right of the 5 some horizontal wear marks...

When I started looking for chips a few years ago hotstamp sets didn't interest me. Hehe, now they are all I look at. I can't figure out why they are so interesting to me. This happen to anyone else? Maybe I'm backward and people start with hotstamping, no idea.

    Wood Types For Building Tables

What is your favorite type of wood to work with for poker table construction? Table top, legs, apron, race track - anything wood. Would anyone use a non plywood/MDF/OSB as a table top? It seems counter-intuitive but there is always a part of me that wants to use 6/4 red oak or walnut under the...

    Watch vs Poker Chip Design

Both have a radial design but they seem different, if not opposite, in purpose. Could a watch design also be a good poker chip design? Has this ever been done?

What Are Your Favorite Vacation Spots In The US?

Just finished a very mediocre trip to Utah (pictured) and wondering, "how did I end up out there?" I'm now visiting family, which is equally mediocre. Where do you like to vacation? You may have noticed this poll is skewed slightly toward gambling. I think NYC, Chicago, LA and San Francisco...
