Cheating allegations at Stones (3 Viewers)

So what are the chances Stones (and maybe more importantly Tavern) have to rebrand?

I wouldn't think so, as long as they actually find and prosecute someone for cheating. If they ultimately say there was no cheating, then possibly yes. Surely, they can/should get the law involved and get someone to crack and spill their guts to get this resolved.

There is criminal and civil liability all over the place here. Everybody who lost while he was in the game and cheating I predict will get their money back and then some. Postle will be lucky to find a penny ante game at the local American Legion.

I've found a new cap for Mike

This is interesting, Andrew Milner of PokerGFX/VideoPokerTable.net (the solution used at Stones) jump into the dance

There are multiple features that permit viewing a stream in real-time while a delayed stream is running. There are legitimate reasons a customer might need to use any one or more of these features and they’re secure when used correctly, but equally the possibility exists that they could be subverted in ways that potentially threaten game integrity.

Ultimately, these systems are only as secure as the people you entrust them to. A deliberately misconfigured feature, a malicious actor watching the live preview window, or unauthorized remote access to the server computer are leading candidates for a potential security breach.

I'm not privy to the specific security arrangements at the Stones venue. However, the integrity of the game and the effectiveness of any subsequent investigation after a suspected breach will be heavily reliant on basic security hygiene – is access to the peek room controlled effectively and logged for later analysis? Is the IT infrastructure secured and monitored using best practices?

Doug Polk just released another Postle Hands video, and is another good video showing how evident it is Postle is cheating.

This is incredibly damning. There is no player in the world that folds right here. Why would you float J 10 only to fold to a half pot bet after spiking top pair?

Just in general, who folds top pair to a half pot sized bet? That is crazy talk.

Polk is right. Nobody is folding JT on that turn for the 1/2 pot bet. Like ever.

I have played thousands of hands like many people here. This is exactly the card you are hoping for when you float with 2 over cards.

You could conceivably call the turn and then fold to a big river bet. I could believe that, but to fold right after spiking top pair is totally impossible.

Aside from failing basic proper strategy in this spot, the other problem is that there are plenty of similar hand progressions on tape where he jams after making a pair (and I mean any pair).

Which begs the question... why fold with this one?

I think the chips will be hugely expensive, they have been handled by Mike Postle afterall.
