I've submitted reports to my local Sheriff's office (because their threats are non-specific there's no action they can take yet, they just told me block them and if they continue to try contacting me let the Sheriff's Office know as it can be seen as Harassment/Terroristic Threats)

I also learned via the PokerNews article that at least one of them was banned from all casinos in FL by the gaming board there just last year. So I messaged them to see if there are any repercussions since they're still running around cheating at cards, even if it's out of state. Maybe they're on probabation, I dunno.

And I submitted a report on each of them to I.C.E. so hopefully something will pop somewhere to take these scumbags down for good.

YES. But i think the encore/chasers duo was father and son. With a marking nail on a ring. So it could be a different. Pretty wild though that this is actively happening for sure
