Solid chips (5 Viewers)

Does anyone else like solid chips? There's something just nice about a chip with no spots.

Of course, I love a good edge spot, I'm just saying that solid chips have a certain flair that one doesn't often see.
Love solids. Less is more

Some solids I own. Obviously I’m a fan.

Great color for the 1000 chip! The chip I use is too close to the 500 but I have an alternative I can use.

What chip is it originally?

Flamingo $1 recently harvested by @moose. Obviously it won’t be no mold but it will be fine for me. Also only going to use the side shown above on both sides and not the fan of cards on the other side of the original.

I prefer solids. If you get a good inlay they can still have tons of color

I'm considering just getting a solid set with labels since this thread proves the goodness.

However, it must be based on a chocolate color as the primary chip. I just love those.

Yes, the look is nice.

It’s interesting how my tastes have changed over the years.

A decade or so ago when I used to just lurk over at CT, I thought hot stamped solids were hideous! Now I can’t get my mind off a monstrous sized brightly coloured tourney set of hot stamped solids. It will definitely be the next project that I get started once I clean up the current ones.
