Friend brought me back some yellow tail tuna he caught of Ensenada. Delicious!!
 
Not a huge fan of fried food, but I gave it a shot at home:

IMHO, not worth the mess.
 
Fried food is almost more science than typical cooking. Then there's the flavor... it's gotta be in the breading.

Last night we had chicken thighs sliced into strips. Battered with flour, 40000 scoville cayenne pepper, garlic powder, pepper, and salt using the cornstarch-egg-batter method. Placed on a bed of noodles with peas, drizzled with a peanut sauce and topped with toasted sesame seeds.

Definitely worth the mess.
