Is it absolutely necessary to use spray adhesive. Or is just pulled tite and stapked enough??

It's not necessary, but it's very helpful. You can just pull real tight, however if you have a custom printed felt with a betting line or any kind of other lines, even on suited speed cloth, you can deform the pattern if you pull too tight and not perfectly even. You can end up with wavy lines.
Using spray adhesive (3M77), you don't have to pull as hard so there's much less risk of putting on a crooked felt.

Great experience working with Tony. He was helpful and patient through the design process, and I am very pleased with the final cloth. Tony was also a great resource for tips on the build itself and I can give a great initial review for the Texsuede from YAT that he recommended.
If you're on the fence about having Tony create a cloth for you...you should do it.

I can print the lines on the fabric like a pattern, but I don't know what type of fabric they actually have and if those lines are from the type of fabric or if it's just printed on.

Public service announcement:
There is a chance that the gaming suede I offer will be discontinued in the future. My supplier has informed me they are no longer going to carry the material. I ordered whatever they had left on the shelves but if there's going to be any more after that runs out is currently not known. If it does indeed get discontinued, I will have to switch to a different type of gaming suede, probably something closer to what the rest of the industry offers.

That’s unfortunate news. I’m very happy with the cloths I got and your service level was fantastic. You reprinted one of mine on your own before sending it due to some quality issues and then sent me both. I can barely even see the defects but you didn’t want to send something that had an issue. If I ever needed more I know who I was going to have do the work.
