I'm going to be on a business trip in Atlantic City in the next few weeks. We're shipping several large crates which will be dismantled after the contents are emptied. The crates are built out of cabinet grade 3/4" (mostly) and 1/2" plywood. Most pieces are full 4'x8' sheets.
$20/sheet. There's some screw holes around the perimeters, some have screws right in the middle of the sheets. There's also 3-4 large 4x8 pallets available for free. Delivery is possible for a fee, I'll have a pickup truck while I'm there.
