I run it again but there is no way I can get enough cash out of the ATM in 2 day to allow more players. I don't use a normal type of bank so no local branches to make a withdraw. Will have to keep it available only to the original 125 players.

I just sent a DM to all 125 participates with round 2 info. Less than 48 hours until the next drawing so this will be the best way for me to do it, especially with my daily ATM withdraw limit.

Roll over tickets go to the original 125 and a new group starts?

Yes, the rollover tickets (final amount pending) will still go to the original 125 members, regardless of whether they participate in round two. I’ll handle those tickets separately, and the timestamps on the tickets will clearly keep them separate.
