Winnings & Distribution
If we win, I will create a trust to claim the winnings, followed by 125 individual sub-trusts for each participant.
Texas is a tax-free state; however, federal taxes will apply.
All attorney and CPA fees will be paid from the jackpot before funds are distributed.
