So far, 30 players, $750 in tickets.

This is fun — appreciate you organizing it 👍
One small suggestion to keep things simple and avoid any confusion later: maybe add a short line noting that by voluntarily sending funds, all participants (including you) agree to split any winnings equally.

It might also help to clarify what happens with smaller wins (e.g., under $500 or $1000 or whatever), since splitting those across a big group can get messy. One easy option could be to direct smaller wins toward a charity, supporting the forum, or some other goodwill gesture.

That way everything’s clear up front without needing anything formal or complicated. I’ve helped organize a few of these in the past, and having that clarity early on has always made things smoother for everyone.

90/10 doesn't work for you? :ROFLMAO: OK I will add additional info to the FP.

I added this to the FP. I hope this is sufficient.

ALL WINNINGS WILL BE SPLIT EVENLY AMONG ALL PARTICIPANTS WITH ONE EXCEPTION; IF THE EVENLY SPLIT WINNINGS RESULTS IN EACH PARTICIPANT RECEIVING LESS THAN $1 DOLLAR, THE WINNINGS WILL BE DONATED TO TOYS FOR TOTS.

probably too late now, but for next time you should make the cutoff way higher ($10? the whole $25?) so that it's an implied donation if we don't hit big.
I don't mind sending $1 to 30, 40, 50 people. :ROFLMAO:

I’ll start putting together a spreadsheet later today, which will be included with the copy of the tickets I send out tomorrow.

What's this? Nobody has yet to ask if they can buy more than one entry? Shocking.

In :)
