I can't believe I've almost hit 10K posts on here. In celebration I'm going to offer up a random giveaway, open to all members anywhere (yes, even that wannabe country canada) featuring over 30 chips and a dealer button.

To enter please share one of your favorite meetup moments from an event you attended, or just a favorite poker moment you had playing at your home, a casino, wherever. Or share a picture of you playing poker, or a picture of your pet, or a picture of Asian Triplets in Schoolgirl Uniforms with a penchant for violence (it's a niche kink, I know what I like)

Probably my favorite poker moment was the best read I ever had. I won't go into the whole hand but I was at the casino and I was able to lay down 2 pair with KQ. Told the guy I knew he had 2 pair with AQ and he showed. Lost the pot but lost a lot less than I could have if I called the river bet.

Favorite meetup moment was @Seeking Alpha Social Club saying "anybody want an old fashioned?" Followed quickly by me answering in the affirmative. Followed by a great night of conversation.

My first time poker at a casino (Aztar) overplayed AK a little bit and was priced in against Aces. Second poker time at the casino and didn't plan on going (Seminole and terrible bankroll and bank) and they only had a 2/5 game going. All-in on flop with two calls. Flopped a combo draw with a suited gapper. Rivered a 7 high straight flush. Played the next day and did good too. Back to the closest casino back home and I just snowballed from there for like 2-3 weeks. I had another straight flush K-high this time, but didn't really pay out. I was feeling good and playing good. It was good times until I ran bad downswing and started to understand poker more. I moved near Beau Rivage and grinded a bit. Moved back home because of lacking quality of life. New Orleans was there, but kind of drive back and forth. Seems like all the quality of life with a casino nearby are in big cities. Been traveling whenever I can to find a nice location with poker room. Cali is nice, but expensive. Thought about New Orleans, but didn't find a place close enough with friends. Not sure about the Hurricane season either. Florida would be nice, but traffic and hurricanes. I have been playing on and off given my location. Kind of been out of practice, but looking back it was a great ride so far.

TLDR Poker is a fun adventure. It's always a learning experience. It changed my thoughts and thoughts about a way of life.

So this one time I found myself at a meet up with an amazing gentleman named Anthony....

He is the Pro with the chip stack here! While we were friends before hand it was trully awesome to sit at the same table given the small playing field... I feel like in the future we will be playing slightly different odds. Anyways while I do not have any monster winning hand stories where I beat the Pro, we did have lots of laughs and several USA, USA, USA chants, which makes me curious why I am putting the down payment to bring these ladies to the US for a trip in February

Hoping I can get a set of Cards Molds in their carry on either way... I know its not school uniforms but when I asked I was told only "naughty children" were enrolled in the school of all black uniforms. Alright, already feel creepy as f**k that's all your getting out of me! See ya in a couple months brother!

Notice the wall color is actually the same as Mark's beach house... I know who is looking at the walls, but figured "hey maybe someone with skills can photoshop Anthony into a nice Asian Sammich here!"

Oh wait!

Hope the photo shop skills are quality, or they will have to also add a milk crate or a couple phone books, and maybe fix those pants that are about two feet too long! Lmao

1st meetup. Coming up on 10 years ago. Haven't missed one since. WCB IV.

We started off with a warm up at @abby99 house with @djmarc and @guinness and the beautiful Lady Luck chips.

@courage arrived late and immediately starting doing $100 flips with @guinness and @bergs. He built a healthy stack. My wife and I left before the game broke as we had had a long drive from Canada that day and we still had to check into our hotel. Before we got to our room, we heard that @courage had managed to punt his stack into the ether.

The next day the meetup moved to @Jeff house where we got to play with his PNY set.

The moment that sticks out to me first is when I met @Wifey Upon meeting her for the first time, she embraced me and exclaimed that it was a pleasure to meet me. That always stuck with me.

The other moment was when I met @Poker Zombie Mike and I had been chatting for awhile via PM and texting. He was helping me become a better cook. When we finally met at the Kentucky meet up it wasn't like meeting someone for the first time. It was like old friends getting together.

Anthony, I'm kind of getting out of collecting samples. However, if I win, I would love to acquire the snapper and the Hardrock Fiver. The rest could be given away to someone that would display them.

I mainly wanted to share a couple of my experiences.
