Not sure I'd go with both yellow and orange both as lower denoms, let alone right next to one another in the lineup.
Not sure of the need for both 25c and 50c chips in the same set. If you plan on playing 25c/50c, then just use quarters. If you plan on also playing 50c/$1 with the same set (although not necessarily at the same time)...then just use quarters. If you only plan on playing 50c/$1, just get the half dollars -and a single rack will suffice unless spreading multiple tables.
If going with the 23.5mm decal size, does that mean you'll have a ring of text used on the chip? Possibly a custom ring?
What's the name/theme of the chip?
Ordering an extra barrel of each for sample sets? Extras for yourself in case of loss?
Just an observation: The only "standard" color - cali or otherwise, is your black hundo. Everything else is generally a nonstandard base color for the slot. There's nothing strictly wrong for this in a custom set, but do be mindful of the useability of non-standard colors. You're not just making art, but building a tool. If you're going to go with non-standard colors almost entirely across the board, at least have a firm reason in your mind as to why you're making that decision. Note that "because I like it" is a perfectly fine reason. Just know that your set may be prone to mis-bets as a result.
