Who makes custom ceramic plaques? (1 Viewer)

I know BrProPoker does, but it looks like they're only available in one size. Are there any vendors left who make them in bigger sizes?

Sun-Fly does. And thicker ones with rounded corners.

Who else makes Ceramic plaques?
I see CPC does, but I’m wondering if they’re just a middleman for somebody I could buy from directly?
