Best solution I 've found in Europe are the German-designed, Chinese-made B&W outdoor cases, built to international military standards ( NATO STANAG 4280) and waterproof / dustproof standards IP67). Clearly cheaper than the Pelikans and Nanuks, especially in this part of the word.
Waterproof, shock-proof and resisting temperatures from -30 to 80 degrees Celsius.

The B&W 3000 accommodates 6 racks in 2 floors (even 8 racks, but very tight).
The 4000 accomodates 8 racks in 2 floors comfortably (that's the one I have)
I guess the 5000 can accommodate 10 racks, but it doesn't come with wheels; only with an optional backpacking system, as do the rest of them.
The even bigger 6600 does come with wheels and should be able to accommodate 12 racks.
Their foam could benefit on the long run from some Plastic-Dipping (I haven't done it yet).
Another type I 've tried is the also apparently German-branded Mantona, "photo case", with room for even 10 racks, but whose structurally integrity proved to be too little for even 8 (has started showing signs of fatigue with minimal use; apparently not designed for that kind of weight, and with clearly inferior foam). Not recommended.
