I bought about a dozen trays from an online vendor and they hold 21 chips! Any advice on easy ways to fix them?

The easiest way would be to clue a blank on one end of each row.
I have trays that hold 20 1/2 chips, and when I shipped some chips out, I made a round blank out of picture frame mat board to keep the chips from shifting and rubbing during transit.

I’ve seen plenty of guys stick a spacer in the middle. Unsightly, in my opinion. But it makes it pretty easy to grab 10.

Yeah, I guess I'll glue some spacers on the end and cut the tops off so they don't stick out.

It's was a $10 add on to a poker chip order. Hard to justify returning them if I have to pay return shipping.
Trash them and get racks that fit correctly imho. Especially if you host a cash game where people cash out using racks.

I will throw the trays away before doing that.

Heh... are these Tina CM (cards mold) chips? I've found those are a bit thinner. The set I helped my Thursday league acquire fit 21 per row in cheap racks. No one seems to care about that there, but they are not chippers.

My 2x CM sets at home are in chipco racks which are a bit more snug and are down to 20.

I've tried both Milano and Paulson's from my local casino and it's 21 for both with wiggle room to spare.

If the China Clay 8V chips fit into them, I’d be interested. They don’t fit into regular racks.

Also, Brand new CPC chips may fit into them as they are tight for regular racks too.

I have a sample set of web mold Tina hybrids on the way if that's what you're referring to. I'll try it and report back once they arrive.
