@allforcharity check this out^^

just watched license to kill last night and was surprised the chips aren't even shown anywhere in the movie except for a few scattered on a roulette table during the opening title sequence.

Strange, I do remember at least several publicity photos where Dalton and Lowell are sitting at a casino table and he's got a huge stack of chips and plaques in front of him. Did they edit that out of the film? I will have to go back and take a look.

Yes, CDI chips look nice. I have a small and growing (hopefuly?) collection of CDI98. I would collect others but, let's face it, I'm not rich and would rather just stick with the originals. And besides, I've got a package on it's way to @Polochris to expand his collection just a little bit more.... (y) :thumbsup:

(BTW: My splashed pr0n photo of Grouse Mountains are just on the previous page.)

nope, dalton bond requests a private table and they only have the plain looking plaques in use. the camera does pan a bit while they walk in and theres a roulette table in the background you can see red chips being used on, however, you can't see the labels or make out any details beyond the main color.

Correct. You don’t really see these chips too often. The main shot is in the opening credits. You see the $10 red chip. That is about it. Here are a few photos. I do not own these photos. I have no rights to these photos.

Yes, and in that opening credit shot, there are lots of other scattered chips (black, pink, green, etc.). However, the CDI98 do not replicate any of the movie props in terms of colour or edge spots. Only the inlays are the most faithful reproduction.
