Strange KEM date codes - when were these made? (3 Viewers)

From what I can tell, KEM date codes for most of my lifetime are supposed to be MMYY on the ACE of spades and index cards. My date codes are 1410 and 1910, which don't make any sense to me. I am fairly sure these were bought about 12 years ago, which makes me think the year is in fact 10 for 2010. Can anyone clue me in to what these mean?

as far as I know that's mean week/years
1910 means 19th week of 2010
