How do you score for $$. $x per point? So if I have 11, you have 21, I’d get $x times 10? Double if you shut the box? What happens when 2 tie or 2 shut the box?
I never thought about placing a value on a point. That is a great idea, especially for heads up. We alway just have each player put up a certain amount and the lowest score takes the pot. If a person shuts the box he/she gets double from each player. If there is a tie (even for shutting the box), no payout and the next round is worth double.
