What happened to the OP @barrieJ? I appreciated his candor and knowledge when I first joined this forum last year. If it's permanent, that's a shame.

I met him in person and he's a wild man, but then I'd read his posts on here and always felt he was pretty level-headed and reasonable in his discussions. But I haven't kept tabs so not sure what transpired that warranted a ban, and wasn't able to click his profile to view his past posts to try and locate the issue

Amen, brother. Like I said, he did say some things that were pretty blunt but you gotta hear that sometimes, you know? He did it to me when I first started this journey and he answered one of my questions.

Agreed he was one of the first to reach out to me and really help me get this addiction ramped up like a junkie needing another meth fix

Nope. But he was on his final warning and he knew it. The rumor is that he underbid in an auction, and then that was it. Gone.

We all knew that was bound to happen sooner rather than later. He did too, and he even wrote it probably every day the last couple of weeks that his next time crossing the line would mean permaban. No shock there to be fair.

This makes me miss bergs and jbutler more than Jeff to be honest, lol.

Too many hoarders?
Too many flippers/profiteers?
Classified section is full of sharks?
Is there a poker chip illuminati behind the scenes that controls all of the supply. Leaving us poor folks with scraps?
