Another quick question, how many of you have pulled the trigger on custom solids & why?
Apart from the price, & can I see some.

@AK Chip has/had some nice inlayed solids produced. I can't think of any others off the top of my head. I would venture to guess that there are a number of sets out there with a solid frac.

Why not? Since they are your custom chips, you can make 'em any colors you choose. It looks fine, but why did you use red for the 5000 chip?

And that's why almost everybody here has more than one set. Some have dozens.Yea but generally I can see the appeal of spots, just like your Four Queens, Mirage or Morongo

I like the large inlay on those...how many are there?
I love the look of solid tournament chips!!Yea but generally I can see the appeal of spots, just like your Four Queens, Mirage or Morongo
Its one of the better looking CPC colors imo. That's about the only reason, that and the contrast from the other colors.
In the wild, over 10,000. I had 2200 at one point, but I’ve sold them all.
These were a special deal about 8 years ago.
They were a GB?
Yep, at CT
I have a set of 1000 solids but not custom. I’ve been toying with getting them hot-stamped or selling them.
How did you get hold of those, I didn't know CPC sold chips as blanks?
Wanted tourney solids
Do yourself a favor and look around the pokerchipsonline.com. Many (all?) of your questions are answered there (like this link that lists the prices of plain [no inlay] and inlaid chips: http://pokerchipsonline.com/pokerchips/realclay/pricelist.htm)
That horse on your chips reminds me of a chess Knight, was that the inspiration?
