This photo was taken from a classified post by @Daniele; let’s say, hypothetically, that I wanted to recreate a rack of these exact chips, using good-to-mint 39mm chips.
What would be some helpful hints for a successful project?

Look for some red RHC solids and get Gear labels?
You could label over chips that already have an inlay (or remove the inlay), but you would need to mill hotstamps before labeling.
