Question: CPC dayglo 20% premium for a different production method (to prevent split spots) (1 Viewer)

I’m trying to get wavey/stretchy edge spots on my custom made cpc chips. Heres some examples of beautiful edge spots to me

My question is if I don’t do the more expensive production process is there a better chance I get these hourglass and strechy looking egde spots? I obviously dont want splitspots that go all the way thru but I have a feeling taking the risk would get me more wild looking chips and I could afford more chips this way. Or Maybe I thinking this all wrong. Opinions?

You will get the stretch, notches either way. The production process isn’t different. They produce more of your chips to eliminate most of the fully split spots.
