Let’s see your most valuable chip is. This is mine and it’s 10x more than it’s closest competitor.

As well, I paid stupid money on eBay for this chip. Not as expensive, but because I'm an idiot, and really wanted it, I bid for it. There was another idiot or two bidding with me, so that's how I justify it. I really do love having it...

This onefor me and it's not even close...

There were only 100 of these made and they are hand stamped

There are 4 forum members that own one each, from my understanding the first one is stamped 00 and then they go up to 99. My prized chipping posession.

Second place is probably my NL $1000

We own the Vicksburg version but I know Irish is still trying to finish his rack of Biloxi so we aren't hunting a single yet!! Beautiful chip though! Love the Bingo palace but that is one of Bries cappers! Lol

Someone else is bidding up to $33-$36 for them so he probably won’t get any until they’re done looking. And no it’s not me lol I can’t afford to even finish my barrel project at those prices.

One of my Holy Grails (front and back). One thing the photo doesn't do justice is the bear is printed in a semi-metallic gold ink.

For those who don't know, the long-gone California Club in Vegas has been a collecting obsession for me, to the degree I made a tribute set to the place nearly ten years ago.

Most of the photos are mine were artfully shot with a few of the many collectible items I have from the club. The ones on the SSC table are from JM who took advantage of the opportunity to have a set made for himself which I offered at the time when I had the set made.

I did a lot of research on the history of the club even before I made the set, but have learned in the last year or so with all the old order cards being added to the ChipGuide that the widely accepted open and close dates for the California Club are actually incorrect. The 1946 opening date isn't for the one in Las Vegas but rather a place with that name in Reno that wasn't open long and the chips from that location were apparently confiscated by the police!! It seems that got confused even to the authors of the Gaming Table and other sources I had been using and those two locations were blended into one.

I had always found it tricky trying to find photos prior to 1951 of the corner where the California Club was on Fremont St. that showed the casino. That probably should have been the clue that something wasn't right with those dates!!

I think it must be this. Seems stupid, but Jim told us only 100 of them exist. I’ll defer to singles collectors on this, but I’m thinking that bumps them pretty high up on the rarity scale:
