I've been working on this little web tool for the past week or so and thought I should release the alpha version. I've got a few more features planned, but let me know if there's anything in particular you would find useful - or if when you find bugs.

Maybe a question what your smallest denom chip is. T25 base or T100 or even maybe T1K.

And not sure I understand the color up question.

Looks neat. A few nice things might be target length, and adjusting the starting chip denomination.

Definitely need a spot to put in your chip set. It would be cool if it spit out starting stacks as well.

And I’m sure you know this but anticipated end time could be when there is maybe 30 big blinds left in entire chip pool.

I'm working on a major refactor of the code. The goal is to allow installation on your devices as a progressive web app. It will also include support for all your suggestions, and some additional features (I couldn't help it).

The app installation behavior requires an icon, so I paid for Midjourney and bounced some prompts around. Here's the best icon it generated, which is embarrassingly better than my own attempts.
