This happened to my friend NewFrankshire at Foxwoods in a limit Holdem game. He flopped bottom quads against top boat (aces full). They got in 10-15 bets before frank asked the guy if he wanted to just get it all in, then he realized he was beat and just called the last bet.

Yeah fortunately for me, I didn't do the "do you want to just get it in" thing.

I learned not to do that the hard way, not because I did it without the best hand, but because the floor nullified the "all in" and I had to give all the chips back except the last raise.

At Foxwoods in the early 2000s at least, you could get it all in if heads up if you called the floor first.

Still, greed cost him at least a few bets.
