Phoenix Club Cash Set - Mockup discussion (1 Viewer)

I really like the set in its current iteration.

The 9nly chip that’s nagging at me is the quarter... the purple and blue base colors are too close for my liking... it’ll probably be ok, but I’d rather see some stark difference

Maybe a DG green base? Or something that line?

I agree. I'll try it out

I’d probably agree with trihonda. Love the set in its current version and I do quite like the quarter, but there is something about it that I don’t quite think works.

I actually like the current set as is. But maybe try a pink or green base for the frac?

Maybe when I throw a $100 chip in there and tune the quarter up a bit? Also not $100 on the spot colours on the $20. But can't seem to find anything I like more

What are everyone's thoughts on the different Phoenix silhouette on each denomination? Too funky? Should I just go with the same image throughout the denoms?
Or hide the silhouette in the background of the inlay sort of faded behind like the "B" in the bellagio inlay?

I like the different silhouettes on the chips. One issue I do have is that I can't really make out what image on the $5 is supposed to be. I know now by context, but if I had never seen the lineup and you handed me the $5 I wouldn't be able to tell you what it was. Maybe it's an "Old Lady / Young Girl" issue with me, but I can't really make it out.

I like the foreground phoenix, but I think the faded phoenix in the background might look nice too.

Was initially thinking your line-up would be too dark overall, and the image on some of the chips would be lost (post #38), but the render looks great!

Here are some of the color samples

Thanks dewd.
I actually changed the silhouette on the 5 to the current, from a diffferent (probably more easily understood) Phoenix. So maybe I'll change that again. There are a few other options that I can use for that one. I'm gonna try to settle as much as I can before I bother the one and only @p5woody anymore.

Thanks for the input

Thanks trihonda. I had my set of CPC rounders with a handful of colours on them and did my best to imagine them in my set, for what it's worth.

Thanks everyone

Thanks trihonda

For what it's worth, the colors on my monitor (and viewed on other devices) pretty closely matches the colors of the chips in RL. Meaning, the photo accurately represents the chips IMHO. Your monitor might be different.

As for my preference, the DG pink is a hawt color, but IMHO, I think the pinks seem a tad too close to the $5 chip (they're distinquishable, but just in the same color family). The green looks just as nice, and there's no mistaking it's different. AND the DG green seems to be keeping with the "DG" base theme. The set is electric, and the DG colors fall into line on that front.
