Going to start the hand with the flop as I dont think pre-flop this is anything other than a flat.
UTG RFI to 2.64 BB, CO calls, Hero in BB calls with J9s

Hero flops 2 pair. UTG cbets about 3/4 pot and CO 3! to just over 2x. Hero?

Given the stack sizes and the fact that you aren't going to fold even if UTG jams over you, I think just jam.

CO only has 37bb behind. So if you were to raise him, it would be for all of it most likely. If you do just that though, and utg jams, you can't fold for that price. So just jam. Your hand is vulnerable to not only draws, but overpairs. If you run into 66, do be it. But CO can also have a lot of J's and draws.

Under 100 BB deep, and CO will have 2:1 on a call if UTG folds. Ship it.
