What are these cards molds like in terms of feel, sound and shuffling? How do they compare to CCs?

They are more slippery, but shuffle much better than CC at least imho. The card mold I find shuffles better than the no mold as well as they have a bit more tactility.

They are ceramic so they have a higher pitched sound. They don't stack amazingly well. Quite a few spinners and such, but if you can look past that they are solid for the price range.

Mine are not very slick. They have a gritty feel to them.

I have only a few spinners, but below is how many barrels i could stack before they started to fall.
