It's been a long haul, but I'm finally getting close to releasing my Poker Club HQ app. Here's the highlights:

• Cross-platform (iOS, Android, web) with real-time syncing between devices
• Supports seating players randomly across multiple tables (with variable table sizes), with advanced features such as: when seating groups of players, supports seating them at separate tables if possible, or nonadjacent seats at the same table
• Players can be dragged and dropped between seats and tables for easy reseating and table balancing
• Shows alerts when tables are out of balance or can be consolidated and helps resolve each condition, with support for a custom table breakdown order
• Tracks who knocked out who and all other player stats for use in custom player point calculations
• Supports bounties, addons, rebuys, and reentries
• Supports custom background images and chip images

A QR Code can be added to your timer screen which allows anyone to connect with a read-only view of the timer screen that is kept up to date in real time

I'm not sure yet -- I want to keep it as cheap as possible while covering the monthly costs for the backend and website. I'll probably have a free tier for one table home games, then maybe $2 per month for 2 - 3 tables, and more for more tables? I'll also add a one time purchase option for people (like myself) that don't like subscriptions, but I'm not sure what to charge for that yet.

First feedback:

Clear the text boxes when I click on them. Like you do for the boxes with the italicized text. Backspacing is annoying.

Second - let me edit the blind structure. Like this one is great, but I want to modify the levels. I don't want to use yours, or ONLY create mine from scratch. I want to make edits to the suggested structure.

I LOVE the poker timer app! And I love the way it was monetized, worth it to anyone and any level of host, only pay for what you need or want, should be the standard! Hopefully that is viable for you/the direction it’s going again!

Once the tournament has been created you can go to the Blind structure screen and customize the blind structure. You can also tap the "Enter blinds manually" to create the blinds structure from scratch.

Okay, so I messed around a bit, and my first thought is okay, I like this. Second thought is that it could be a little more intuitive. Like when adding the players, let me choose to buy them in as I enter them. I dislike extra steps. Unless I missed something, I had to enter all players and then click buy-in. Then select them (or all).

yep, it is an evolution. Tried to make it simpler while keeping all the current features and adding a bunch of new features, and making it cross-platform.

After I signed in, I ran a tournament and tested the QR code to cast it to my iOS device.

Now it has created a new tournament for every level from 1 to 700. I am working through deleting them, then going in and permanently removing them. But now I can't cast to a second screen with the QR code.

I ended up deleting the account, re-registering, and it starts with a t-733 lol

Thanks very much for providing access to the beta. Great job on this thing so far. Are players added once and stored, and then selected for each tournament? I think another important item is the allowing of showing on multiple devices. It seems like there are multiple different ways to allow devices to do that, I really like that. I have multiple fire tablets showing the timer.

I have a fire stick on my tv, and I was able to type the tournament link in the silk browser to connect and operate the tournament on my phone.

I am thinking I am going to use this for my clock next Saturday when I host a tournament.

Personally, I host maybe 4-5 tournaments a year and really only care about the clock function. But I would probably suggest something like 15/year for a real basic product and maybe 30/year for advanced features?

Just a thought, obviously these are decisions based on your time and effort.
