Poker Zombie
Royal Flush
I was a fan of the iOS app, but have since drifted away from the Apple ecosystem. Looking forward to it's successor!
Do you have any ballpark costs when it goes live? The app is currently in beta, and while in beta, free to use.
This is a MONEY MAKER, Kudos for thisA QR Code can be added to your timer screen which allows anyone to connect with a read-only view of the timer screen that is kept up to date in real time
Interested in these answers as well. I am currently using a competing app, but they charge monthly. I would strongly prefer a larger, one-time payment, if financially viable.Do you have any ballpark costs when it goes live?
Do you plan a sub fee or an app fee?
I'm not sure yet -- I want to keep it as cheap as possible while covering the monthly costs for the backend and website. I'll probably have a free tier for one table home games, then maybe $2 per month for 2 - 3 tables, and more for more tables? I'll also add a one time purchase option for people (like myself) that don't like subscriptions, but I'm not sure what to charge for that yet.Do you have any ballpark costs when it goes live?

First feedback:It's been a long haul, but I'm finally getting close to releasing my Poker Club HQ app. Here's the highlights:
The app is currently in beta, and while in beta, free to use.
- Cross-platform (iOS, Android, web) with real-time syncing between devices
- Supports seating players randomly across multiple tables (with variable table sizes), with advanced features such as: when seating groups of players, supports seating them at separate tables if possible, or nonadjacent seats at the same table
- Players can be dragged and dropped between seats and tables for easy reseating and table balancing
- Shows alerts when tables are out of balance or can be consolidated and helps resolve each condition, with support for a custom table breakdown order
- Tracks who knocked out who and all other player stats for use in custom player point calculations
- Supports bounties, addons, rebuys, and reentries
- Supports custom background images and chip images
- Supports customization of the timer screen to show just the info you want
- All tournament actions are tracked with full undo/redo support and even the ability to replay the entire tournament, showing seating changes, knockouts, etc.

btw, I haven't finished most of the help resources for using the app yet, so hit me up if anything doesn't make sense or you have questions. It's been a long haul, but I'm finally getting close to releasing my Poker Club HQ app. Here's the highlights:

I LOVE the poker timer app! And I love the way it was monetized, worth it to anyone and any level of host, only pay for what you need or want, should be the standard! Hopefully that is viable for you/the direction it’s going again! It's been a long haul, but I'm finally getting close to releasing my Poker Club HQ app. Here's the highlights:

First feedback:
Clear the text boxes when I click on them. Like you do for the boxes with the italicized text. Backspacing is annoying.

Second - let me edit the blind structure. Like this one is great, but I want to modify the levels. I don't want to use yours, or ONLY create mine from scratch. I want to make edits to the suggested structure.

You can delete the pregame level (and edit any other blind or break levels) in the "Blinds structure" screen -- tap the menu and tap "Blinds structure"
If you are signed into an account, you can upload your own background images and chip imagesI like what I'm going to call the chip builder or editor, but I would like to be able to take photos and upload them (of my chips)
I like some of the stock photos you have for the background, but again, I would like to be able to upload my own photos.
I like the sound bytes you provide, but can I create and upload my own mp4s? Also, the text-to-speech is cool that I can input what I want, but I would like to input my own and use them.
Do you plan to support these options?
While the tournament has started? I couldn't find how to do that. I'll play around some more later. You can do that in the Blinds structure screen
My plan is that this will replace the Poker Timer app. All your tournaments will be auto imported into the new version.I LOVE the poker timer app! And super excited for this new app! But does that mean poker timer disappears?
Cool, I’m probably going to dig into this later and provide some feedback haha.My plan is that this will replace the Poker Timer app. All your tournaments will be auto imported into the new version.
You can start the tournament timer by tapping the play button in the timer screen. Thanks for all the feedback! While the tournament has started? I couldn't find how to do that. I'll play around some more later.
Great first pass so far!
yep, it is an evolution. Tried to make it simpler while keeping all the current features and adding a bunch of new features, and making it cross-platform.Cool, I’m probably going to dig into this later and provide some feedback haha.
I just wanted to say I think the way the current app is built is pretty good, hopefully this is an evolution![]()
charge your damn phone.

I charged my tablet last night and fell asleep before plugging in my phone. Sue me.charge your damn phone.
Whoa that's crazy. Can you detail exactly the steps you took that resulted in this? You can direct message me if that works better. Thanks! After I signed in, I ran a tournament and tested the QR code to cast it to my iOS device.
Now it has created a new tournament for every level from 1 to 700. I am working through deleting them, then going in and permanently removing them. But now I can't cast to a second screen with the QR code.
I ended up deleting the account, re-registering, and it starts with a t-733 lol
I also will be interested in pricing. Just a suggestion, this type of product probably would do better if you did a semi-annual or annual subscription rather than monthly.
Personally, I host maybe 4-5 tournaments a year and really only care about the clock function. But I would probably suggest something like 15/year for a real basic product and maybe 30/year for advanced features?
