I just cleaned my sample set and am in love so yeah...need some pr0n up in hyah!!

I'm not having much luck with my ultrasonic cleaner so I just went with the eraser. The results are great but the labor sucks.
These things are like crazy dirty, right? I did a couple racks over the weekend, and you're too right about that. The results are phenomenal - I really enjoy all of the colors. But the labor is so time consuming.

Also did a couple racks of 5's and found they were tougher to clean in ultrasonic than the Cleveland horshoes I cleaned last year. I'm thinking they are just a bit fresher/deeper grooves, which is not a bad thing! Just took a little extra tooth brush scrubbing, but I haven't used magic eraser before.

I used to use a toothbrush. Once you go Magic Eraser, you never go back :)

It's worth noting that the $1s aren't actually bright white. I cleaned one for quite a while just to make sure :p

I'm finding the hundos appear to use two different colors on one of the edge spots. Haven't gotten around to cleaning & oiling yet but i don't think it has anything to do with grime but is in fact a different shade (dunno Paulson color names but in CPC lingo I'd call them purple and lavender). Must have had a reorder at some point... darker shade is on exactly 25% of my chips.

Do these numbers include Apache's allocation?

If they do not, are those numbers available to public knowledge?
He's always given the numbers to us as he picked them up. I suspect this is the total before any distribution.
I hope it is anyway because those are the totals I used on my site :)

Definitely could have been a reorder, but it’s very likely the same “color” - and without having my samples in front of me I would put money on Lavender. We know gat shades of color can vary from mix to mix/pressing to pressing, and lavender seems to have the widest variations out there. I’ll see if I can dig up the photos when I get home, but I had three or four racks of lavender hot stamps and the shades present within those racks were crazy different. I’ve seen it with home chips they made as well. As humans, we say a lot of meats taste like chicken. Paulson says a lot of colors look like lavender.

And sometimes they just make mistakes...... or simply run out of a precut spot color during a production run. Although not exactly common, it's certainly not unheard of, either.
