I know a Matsui GB happened many moons ago for a custom ththat a lot of folks got in on. Do these chips ever come up on the secondary market? Did some searches through the classifieds and it didn't look promising.

A lot of times people do not post things for sale out of laziness. Try posting a wanted ad for whatever you are looking for. Have personally sold multiple things after seeing a wanted ad and thinking "Well, I have that and they've been laying around collecting dust for awhile now.".
