Initially I voted D because it's a beautiful lineup. But, I just can't take that non-denominated frac. Looking back over the options, I actually really liked E. It gives you the best of the best, plus a frac.

Any cash lineup that doesn't include the blue $1, the yellow and orange $5, and the tribute purple $25 is a no-go  :ROFLMAO:

Yup, me too. Anything goes when they’re your chips but if you want my opinion, I need a currency symbol on my cash chips.
No idea how I’d feel about this though, if I was outside of the US, since most of the time that currency symbol is a $

I vote E also, mostly because it has to be the blue/yellow 1/5, and I much prefer the green chip as a frac. Not close. Country mile.
Yeah, the more and more I sit here and drool over these, the more I am migrating away from the pink non-denom. I am cool with a green frac (in fact, most of my sets have murdered $25s as 25c) ... but what kills it is the green on the Hundo. Green frac and green edge $100 ... hmmm ... no, no, not digging it (yet).

Oh how I wish that $100 was like white/brown/beige

The only concern I have with the green is the contrast, green / blue color blind could be rough for some people.

Green frac would work with a black 1

D has a nice flow to it and follows my unofficial colour temperature scale rule - hot/cold/hot/cold/hot to ensure maximum differentiation.

Adding a set for year two already???

I voted for D. I prefer a blue single and like the yellow five.

Thanks everyone who voted and commented

I am actually thinking of maybe getting the Tourney T25 to T5000 using as cash set for another potential option at the moment as well, so ya

I kinda found PCF and started reading at Dec 2020-Jan 2021 but never registered until Mar 2021 so I always considered Calendar year 2021 as Year 1 for me

& I probably only physically getting the chips in 2023 so this will be consider as Year 3 purchase

I'm between D and E. I'd like one of these, ideally with a 25c frac denom and a black hundo. Boom done :)

Not a fan of the pink non-denom and the lack of .25 seals it against D. I’ll probably go with B, even though it doesn’t have the .25 on the blue it’s still the best progression and includes a 20. I won’t use a 100.

So, on average, that's 100 orders. I mean ... we could do it. There's like 10,000 members. In fact, if everyone on PCF just orders a sample set, we all get a free 25c ring for all future GBs!

Or we could buy 35,000 chips and add 0.10 to the ppc. The ring costs $3500 to make.

Yes, but would we feel the same level of accomplishment? :ROFLMAO:

Honestly, at 10 cents a chip, it's going to make a difference of between $80 and $100 per order. To get an actual Matsui frac ring, I personally think that's worth it. I mean, I just went and spent $30 on Band-Aids cuz my kid can't stop falling down. And I don't even like her that much.

But this has always been my point. Even with a per chip art setup fee to put the denomination on the actual inlay. When you divided amongst the amount of chips that were actually going to order, I don't think it's going to cause people to not buy them.

I mean yeah, the gold foil on the label costs $0.25/chip. So as far as design choice costs go, a frac ring does seem doable. Not THAT much, relative to other design options.

There aren’t a lot of takers on the current GB. We won’t make 35k.

You want to coordinate a 10,000 member group buy? Be my guest....
I have great respect for everyone that runs group buys because just shipping out a few dealer buttons to some friends is enough to give me a headache.

But honestly, the right way to approach this is to probably just buy the ring and distribute the cost amongst the chips.
