Mr Tree
Straight Flush
Black inlay easy. Both are great, all black is epic
I didn't think the tourney set would ever have an equal, but PLEASE get these made. I want to marry this inlay.
Excellent. Where is the sample set sign-up sheet?
I might need a US partner for sample sets.
Shipping to UK will be costly but it's the 20% import tax on combined order/shipping cost that's the killer. Plus the reshipping cost for US sample set purchasers...
What would that entail? receiving the sets and shipping them out? Small flat rate shipping boxes? I don't see why I couldn't help out if needed.
This is quite literally perfect. Excellent job
bubble mailers would be fine. small flat rate boxes would be overkill for a sample set.
most recent mock ups are outstanding!
These are fantastic

I would be willing to reship the sample sets.

Toby,
Those games and stakes sound great. You may want more $5's if doing a big 2/5 game. But for my $1/1 or .50/1 pot limit games for 2 tables the 1400 chip breakdown works well. You could get away with as few as 500 x $5 but it's nice to have more (my smallest set for that denom has 560).
The challenge imo are the lower denoms. Same games/stakes at both tables is one factor. If so, you need 2 racks of fracs. I've found 300 x $1 is a good number for two tables for most games, enough to avoid players making change and versatile amount for NL and PL games. Of course, if you're wanting to spread limit games you need a ton of $1's or deuces, at least a rack per player (or use a different set).
Taking the upper denoms next, my own bias is having fewer $25 chips (or 20's) because I find for rebuys I do a 2:1 or even 1:1 ratio with them and the hundos just to get both denoms on the table. So for two tables and those stakes a rack of each is great and pads the bank.
Lastly, fill in with as many $5's as you can handle. I would say 500 is the minimum. Sure, you can try less but stacks are not as satisfying and casino-like (for example, my md-50 hotstamps have 300 x $5, a bit short for one table and def frustrating for two tables, so I'm waiting for add-on of 300).
You may be able to get away with one rack of fracs but I think this breakdown is nice:
200 x .25
300 x $1
500 x $5
100 x $25
80 x $100
20 x $500
If you can get more $5's, that'd be nice.
If it were single table only, you could do this (but from experience, if the game grows, you'll be adding on to make the set work):
100 x .25
200 x $1
400 x $5
60 x $25
20 x $100
20 x $500
It doesn't make any difference to me. Your probably more organized anyways, lol
These are nice, what is the cost of a sample set? If you are allowing them....![]()
