Still ongoing. MSK can be slow sometimes in getting prototypes made. There are nuances to the layers that sometimes need several revisions to be done correctly (for example, the amount of transparency in design vs. print can be very different. Sometimes a nuanced concept can "disappear" in print).

We're pushing MSK past their comfort zone in the amount of layers required.

MSK sells 3 different sizes of clear acrylic plastic cases to fit their different sizes of plaques.

When you order plaques, the plaques will be shipped inside those plaque cases (that you have to pay for). You can also order additional cases.

Ok, the prototypes have finally arrived (see photos below). IMO, they look amazeballs!

A few notes:

• We tested different color combinations on the same plaque for multiple elements, to see which combinations would look best. That's why they might look weird.
• Photos do not do these justice, both with regards to representation of colors and effects. See attached videos for a better representation of the marble effect (especially on the small design elements where the marble gets through the top layer) and the fantastic sparkly metallic gold print.
• We'll increase the detail level of the horse to better match the others.

Next steps:

• Get quotes from MSK
• Finalize the design for all four plaques
• Make final prototypes to make sure everything is correct
• Get orders
• Get plaques
• Take splashed pot photos!

Amazeballs is right! The very best of what MSK can produce is shown here with the sparkly metallic gold and the background marble.

Patience and reward coming for those who held on to their Lucky's sets.

We tested different color combinations on the same plaque for multiple elements, to see which combinations would look best. That's why they might look weird.

The prototypes each have 4 different quadrants for color combo testing, including some background elements. Some things just don't show up well in print, including some background elements that just disappear altogether given the nuanced level of shading/transparency. On top of that, pics don't do these plaques justice.

We will pick the combo that looks best IRL and do one more round of prototypes as a final check.

what i find the most interesting is that you can print two different colours and designs on the plaques. Can lend itself to creating some super fancy plaques, obviously with the same denoms if using as chips but maybe different games printed on their for some super high level game plaques for circus rotations

These look amazing! Not sure about in person obviously but in pictures and video the right side of each denom with the darker shade looks best cause it seems to show more details. Can’t wait to get these!

Life kind of got in the way, but 2nd round of prototypes are soon or be made, to confirm everything is as we wish it to be.
