Got a lot of flower molds on eBay recently that are all rubber stamped with either a denom or "no cash value not negotiable" and I've been unsuccessful in my so far gentle attempts to remove it. I assume the ink is more than surface deep but I'm wondering if anyone has any advice or experience. Milling seems the best option but would leave bits visible here and there

I can't imagine it's more than surface deep since it was most likely a rubber stamp of some sort. Have you tried alcohol? I wouldn't soak it but maybe on a toothbrush or q-tip.

i was just speculating on the material being porous, ive briefly tried magic eraser and rubbing alcohol with little/no results
