after months of changing my mind back and forth, i’m finally getting the relabel job started. i’m 4 barrels deep and hoping i have the patience to do this 1320 more times! anyway, here’s some pics. still need a hundo to match

Very nice, i just finished something very similar in both chip selection and labels. For me the key was applying in sunlight vs at night under house light. My eyes are good but just made it much faster for me.

you bet. i started the idea around terrible st jos, but the mixing of near mint and casino used got to me. cancuns were the perfect replacement..well almost. they are brighter, but i like the pop
2.5 hrs with a couple breaks. some progress. had trouble with the fracs. they’re mint, but on one side of the mould, the recess is shallow and kind of oblong..almost every chip...weird. i noticed it while doing the mock ups on a few
chips but it’s prob 98/100. be interesting to see if other rhc chips from this era have the same defect. worn out mould half?

You sure it is oblong? What I have seen is the recess not centered on the chip making it look oblong to the eye but is really still a circle ...
pretty sure. the labels have to be worked into place. i noticed it on the terribles .25 cent labels i applied before as well. on all the other chips i have a fraction of “play”, as well as the other side of the frac. it’s definitely a mould defect the more i look at it. the recess edge is duller, and not as deep as the other side/other chips

glad i’m done with labels for now! the gf watched me label for 5 min yesterday, said i was insane, but i talked her into it tonight and she hammered out at least two or three to my 1, so that helped lol. still need another rack of 1s and 5s to call it complete..and a barrel of cool hundos. i’m thinking cincy hundos for the best spot progression or maybe freddie’s.. too be continued
