Just got a great deal on this table. Wondering if anyone has ever put new vinyl on the rail and re-felted one of these tables.

My plan is to put new vinyl on but I'm not sure how this all comes apart? I'm worried if I pull it apart it will be a big mess putting it back together.

Any recommendations?

Any photos of the underside of the table? The location and type of screws or bolts used would be a big indicator of how it's put together. If you're lucky, you should be able to unscrew the rail from the table, and the racetrack too. Hopefully the racetrack just sits on top of the foam and felt layer so once you remove it, you can refelt it pretty easily.

If you start removing screws/bolts and nothing comes apart, then it might be glued together which means you might be out of luck.

Thanks, I'm going to get going on this on the weekend. I'll update as needed.

I did this with a similar table. i removed the racetrack and filled the holes with wood from a circle bit screwed to a bigger piece of wood below each cup holders. Ill see if I can find some photos. Then refoam and refelt

I would love to see those photos before I start ripping things apart!

Can’t find one. I’ll be in the poker room tonight. I’ll take some shots of the finished product from the bottom and I think the rest could be inferred from that

Not worth a rebuild for the cost you could build a better more sturdy table IMO. If you do add more foam to that rail.

I had a similar 10 cup table, and if it's similar, the racetrack is stapled down to the table, and glued to the felt.
I decided to rebuild a new table, adding a removable raised rail with lights.
The mistake I made however was keeping a racetrack with cup holders in the racetrack but went from 10 cup holders to 8 as I found the table too tight to seat 10 players.
My table had great semi-circle undertable supports on each end, thus why I rebuilt using the lower bones.
I'm considering removing the race track and cup holders, and putting the cup holders on the rail. The only thing is that I will have to replace the custom cloth to fit the bigger opening.
