@Saoliver How about something like the Mont-Blanc Resort and Casino or some other French name like Chamonix Resort and casino. It would be a casino Located in the French Alps which I heard has some of the best skiing in the world. Maybe some sort of Mountain with some sort of Ski's of something like the example I had below as the background..

I think the Cat thing was done already, and the Eiffel Tower was also done too. The one idea I really liked that was suggested above was the Moulin Rouge Casino. Maybe have the red windmill in the background and some sort of Burlesque dancer showing a lot of leg.

The chips are already quite colourful by themselves, and the FDL mold is supposed to be a solemn / royal French one, even if you 're (like me) against monarchy, in general.
So, the inlay must avoid at all costs ridiculous, decadent or prostitutional themes (circuses, clowns, dancing whores and the like).
Go for something simple, frugal and austere; not necessarily royalist.
And black (I forgot that).

As much as I like @BonScot's bear-canoe-mermaid artwork (it's utterly brilliant, imo), I think I'd be hard-pressed to not get his unique interpretation of Hard Candy Gangsters for this "fun" project.
