Just about every online wharehouse has some form of marked cards for sale. Most all are paper so it’s not a big worry if you only play where plastic is used. The ink thing is stupid, all YOU need is a set of those glasses at the table and you see what’s going on too.
Nobody thought postle could do what he did though.

Most of the PCF are playing micro or low stake so chances are they will not shown up at home game at those stake

Most people play for fun and usually only involve small amount less than $100-200

If one is doing for a living, they should be doing it in the casino

Anyone who can find marked paper can find marked plastic. There's differences between marking plastic and paper but anyone who wants to get into it will find it easy to make their way. "Invisible Ink" isn't likely to show up in amateur games and is mostly sold to lames and wannabes who'll give themselves away with the first move they make with it. You're in more danger from the guy smoking at the table and using cigarette ash to subtly mark a set.
