Should the merge have had a positive, neutral, or negative effect on ethereum prices?

As a crypto ignoramus, I would have guessed positive, but perhaps crypto has just been falling with the broader market?

Does anyone here mess around with Helium? I’m thinking of doing a setup at my beach place where I have unused high speed internet. I think I can cover the cost of my internet at a minimum. They are switching their token to the solana network which is intriguing to me.
