Well, I was gobsmacked to see this on Chanmanpokertables.com website:

It looks like the custom cloth part of the business is continuing to accept orders, but purchasing a custom built table for your man cave looks like it is done (at least for now).

This feels like the end of the golden age of home poker tables. Sad to see this happen, but I know that Tony is swamped with other business, so it is understandable.

Update: as per T_Chan's message in Post #6, this is a temporary condition, and once his backlog is reduced, he intends to start accepting orders again.

He did this before and had to pause residential sales. Then after maybe a year he opened it back up.

This. Having Tony build me a custom Chanman table is on my bucket list, so I am hoping that this means he’s temporarily paused new residential orders due to high demand, rather than shutting down this part of his business permanently.

The closing of residential sales is meant to be temporary. We are overwhelmed and currently our lead time is over a year, and keep getting pushed so it's not fair to both the buyer and to us to keep taking orders when we're back logged so far out.

Gotta catch up first, then start taking orders again. @doublebooyah85 is correct, I paused sales a while ago for about 1.5 years before resuming orders so I hope it's the same or less time this time around.

If anyone wants to be on a non-comital waiting list, let me know and I can put your name down and reach out when sales start up again. It worked out okay last time.
