Clynelish 14 Year Old. Not too much peat so you don’t drown out the beefiness.

I'm a HUGE fan of Clynelish! Some of the older versions, independently bottled, get really close to Brora territory, tbh. The official 14 is absolutely great, and certainly one of the best values in Malts. But it's not a "in your face whisky" (in any of the possible way: peat, sherry, fruit, etc) so it will never be a home-run in sales. Good for us! LOL!!

I hired @Azcat to cook a brisket for the birthday dinner in a few weeks :)

Awesome!! His briskets and pastramis are to die for!

my wife makes this and similar to @Poker Zombie she never uses a recipe. I admire them for this trait. I'l see what I can do.
Damn good delicious looking soup!! I love chicken noodle soup. Making chili today for my game tonight, I’ll try and remember to post some pics. I never measure when I make it either.
