Derailment clarification (1 Viewer)

For those who regularly include Derailment in your mixed games...

When do you remove the "lowest-river-card board"?

a) Immediately after the third river card is dealt?
b) Wait a couple seconds after the river cards are dealt so that players can think through the hand a little bit?
c) Leave all three boards (knowing that only two will be in play) so that players can think through the hand a lot of bit?
d) Something else.

We don't play it much, if at all, as it's not particularly popular but because we call it Numberwang, not Derailment for one reason and another, it would be between A and B - just enough time to say...
